Modern Office Equipment and how to operate them.
This course is design for the candidates who do not have enough knowledge and skills of functioning in an automated office setting. The course will introduce the students to basics of office network, PC and its peripherals; printers, scan machines, fax machines, energy saving in office equipment: switching off, using standby modes and making sure the right equipment is used for the right job.
Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 Fundamentals & Essentials
Dreamweaver CS3 Fundamentals & Essentials teaches you the latest techniques for designing websites with Dreamweaver CS3. You'll learn to define a web site, layout pages with CSS, use tables, create rollovers and work with templates and forms. You'll also learn to use the new features in Dreamweaver CS3, including the SPRY framework for AJAX, Adobe Device Central CS3, the Manage CSS feature and new integration with Photoshop CS3. This course ensures you'll master the key features of Dreamweaver CS3.
Accounting and Bookkeeping
Students in this program receive in-depth, practical training in office accounting procedures. A strong emphasis is placed on current business computer applications encompassing accounting, database, spreadsheet and payroll software. Particular attention is given to file management procedures. Included in the program are such financial procedures as bookkeeping, control accounts, general and subsidiary ledgers, end of fiscal period adjustments and statements, banking, inventory control and payroll preparation and reporting. In addition, students will receive training in mathematical applications, business communications and employability skills.
Computerized Accounting (Simply Accounting)
This course introduces you to the integrated computerized accounting system using Simply Accounting for Windows. Upon completion, the learner will be able to establish company records, maintain daily transactions using the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, account reconciliation and payroll features, and create financial statements.
